Eligibility for Housing

Beaudesert Area

• You must have resided in the Beaudesert area for the previous 6 Months to become a financial member.
• You must be a financial member to apply for Mununjali homes and have resided for 6 months prior
• Mununjali are your property Managers
• An External Realty carryout the Processing assessments ,selections and allocations
• Confirmations of Aboriginality is a necessity upon application for housing

Logan Area

• You must have resided in the Logan area for the previous 6 Months to become a financial member.
• You must be a financial member to apply for Mununjali homes and have resided for 6 months prior
• Stacy Matthews Realty are your Property Managers
• Stacy Matthews Realty carry out the selections and allocations
• Confirmations of Aboriginality is a necessity upon application for housing
